About
Dr. Aashini Master is a hematologist oncologist who practices in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. Dr. Master is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, medical oncology, and integrative medicine. She sees a wide variety of malignancies and blood disorders, is active in the breast cancer treatment program, and clinical director of the High Risk Breast Program.
Her research interests include the use of nutrition, yoga, exercise and acupuncture in cancer care. She regularly combines these complementary therapies with conventional treatments to provide a holistic approach to cancer treatment.
Dr. Master is a Southern California native, who received her medical degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Southern California, and her hematology/oncology fellowship at the combined Harbor-UCLA and City of Hope program. She was chosen as chief fellow during her final year. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University.
