Gerald A. Bempong is the Program Coordinator for the Department of Medicine Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. He also serves as a Coordinator for the NIA-funded
( ), where he works closely with the Program Manager, Cristina Punzalan to organize, and plan events for the Center, manage digital platforms, and amplify the Center's mission. In his previous role, Gerald served as an administrator for the (CEC), working closely with lead investigators of the Center to provide operational support for the NIH-funded (DPC) and the . Gerald obtained his BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon, and his MPH from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, focusing on Urban Health Disparities.
