Anna Ginther (she/hers) is a second-year dual MPH-MSW student in Community Health Sciences, with a social welfare concentration in Child and Family Well-Being. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020 with majors in Integrative Biology and Anthropology, and a minor in Early Development and Learning Science. Before pursuing her graduate studies, Anna worked at Palomar Health’s Forensic Health Services, where she provided case management and advocacy services to children experiencing abuse or neglect. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of the California Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (CAL STAR) Network, a UCLA-based organization dedicated to preventing and addressing adverse childhood experiences and toxic stress in California. In her free time, Anna enjoys practicing yoga, baking, and exploring Los Angeles.
