Dr. Susan Duan is a primary care physician who practices in Santa Monica, CA. Her clinical interests include preventive and primary care of all patients, women's health, adolescent medicine and obesity prevention. She enjoys her work with medical students and residents.
Dr. Duan grew up in Thousand Oaks, CA. She received her undergraduate degree at Cornell University. After graduation she taught biology at the Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar and enjoyed travel in the Middle East. She then received her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego and completed internship and residency in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.
Dr. Duan speaks conversational Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. In her free time she enjoys traveling, yoga, hiking, and exploring Los Angeles.
