Patient Navigation
We offer a patient navigation service to help your employees easily access the care they need. Employees can call a dedicated phone line, where specially trained staff members help them identify the right physicians, schedule appointments, and coordinate care. Utilization metrics are tracked to measure the success of the program and refine the program based on overall employee needs.

We understand now more than ever how important it is for Employers to have a healthcare partner to help navigate individual and organization-wide healthcare needs.
