Welcome to UCLA Health in West Hills!

We are pleased to announce that UCLA Health has acquired West Hills Hospital and Medical Center, which has been renamed UCLA West Valley Medical Center, effective March 29, 2024.

Our new location offers San Fernando Valley residents convenient access to the UCLA West Valley Medical Center, now owned and operated by UCLA Health, one of the most advanced and comprehensive health care systems in the world.

We are honored to provide your health care and are dedicated to making each patient feel valued and respected. Our top priority is to ensure that you receive the highest quality of care and service.

We are pleased that a vast majority of health care professionals and support staff previously employed by HCA Healthcare and working at West Hills Hospital have now become UCLA Health employees.

UCLA Health performs exceptionally well in a wide range of clinical quality measures and patient experience assessments. For 34 consecutive years, UCLA Health has earned a spot on the U.S. News & World Report national honor roll, recognition reserved last year for only about 20 hospitals providing the highest-quality care across multiple medical specialties.

UCLA Health’s mission is to deliver leading-edge patient care, research, education and community engagement. We are committed to our vision of healing humankind, one patient at a time, by improving health, alleviating suffering and delivering acts of kindness.

We at UCLA in West Hills look forward to caring for you in your community here in the San Fernando Valley.

Sincerely,

Johnese Spisso, MPA
