About

Dr. Hinman is a physician-scientist with an interest in stroke, stroke recovery, and cognitive impairment after stroke. He is committed to providing outstanding clinical care to patients with a variety of cerebrovascular disorders. He is an active member of the UCLA Comprehensive Stroke Center. His NIH-funded research lab studies the molecular interface of stroke and dementia with a focus on bringing new diagnostics and therapies to patients recovering from stroke.
