She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Clinical Health Psychology.

Nicole Barkopoulos, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist providing psychotherapy at the UCLA Insomnia Clinic. Ms. Barkopoulos completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Connecticut, and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Her clinical activities are focused on the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, depression, as well as couples therapy.
Jeffrey Young, PhD, CBSM, DBSM
Jeffrey Young, PhD, CBSM, DBSM is a psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of sleep, mood, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Young is Associate Clinical Professor at the Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. He has been on the UCLA faculty for the past 16 years, teaches at the school of medicine, and lectures to various departments within UCLA Psychiatry.

Dr. Kremer’s clinical emphasis is in the areas of Health Psychology / Behavioral Medicine and her background includes extensive work in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and Chronic Pain.

She has expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy for mood, anxiety, and sleep concerns.

Anthony E. Reading, MPhil, PhD is a psychologist and a Clinical Professor, having been trained and worked in England before joining UCLA in 1981. He is currently on the clinical faculty and has a background in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy.
Paul N. Barkopoulos, MD, MPH
Paul Barkopoulos, MD, MPH serves as a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Barkopoulos received from UCLA his undergraduate degree in Psychobiology, master’s degree in public health, and medical degree, before completing his post-graduate training at the UCLA-Sepulveda Veterans Psychiatry Program. Current clinical areas of focus include insomnia and gero-psychiatry.
