Inpatient Dialysis Services: At RRMC approximately 1200 acute dialysis procedures are performed monthly on the inpatient services including approximately 15 CRRT procedures each day. At SMH approximately 100 inpatient dialysis procedures are performed monthly.
Outpatient Dialysis Services: The dialysis modalities offered to our patients include hemodialysis (in-center and home hemodialysis) and peritoneal dialysis.
The UCLA Kidney Transplantation Program is one of the largest and most successful programs in the country. The program performs 275-300 transplants annually and serves as a major referral base for much of the western United States. Over 2000 patients are currently registered for kidney transplantation at UCLA.

The UCLA Kidney Health Program is a multidiscipline effort to enhance kidney care, specifically in the areas of research, evaluation and treatment. New and innovative techniques are utilized to care for a range of kidney health issues with the goal to preserve and even improve function. We refer to this model of care as Kidney Function Preservation.
