The poster presentations are for nurses who have been innovative or creative, have ideas they want to vet, or want to research something important to them and their patients. This is a chance for them to humbly showcase the things they do that make a difference every day. This helps some people realize they want to go back to school or learn more about research. This is an opportunity for nurses to enjoy the day, enjoy what they do, and understand that they do extraordinary things in the course of their ordinary day.”
