As of Thursday, Jan. 9 at 8:45 am, the following clinics are closed until further notice:

- All Calabasas clinics at 26585 West Agoura Road
- Thousand Oaks Primary & Specialty Care and Thousand Oaks Pain Medicine at 100 Moody Court
- Simi Valley Primary & Specialty Care at 2655 First St.
- Pasadena Primary Care, Pasadena Cancer Care and Doheny Eye Center UCLA Pasadena at 625 S. Fair Oaks Ave.
- Pasadena Pediatrics at 800 S. Fairmont Ave.
- Pasadena OBGYN at 10 Congress St.
- Alhambra Cancer Care at 1411 S. Garfield Ave.
- UCLA Stein Eye Center Santa Monica at 1807 Wilshire Blvd.
- Santa Monica Neurology at 1801 Wilshire Blvd.
- UCLA Pasadena TMS Clinic at 630 Raymond Ave.
Patients with questions or seeking to re-schedule appointments are encouraged to contact their physician's office or clinic. Patients may also call 800-UCLA-MD1 (800-825-2631).
UCLA Health asks that visits to our medical center emergency departments be reserved for urgent and life-threatening medical conditions. For all other conditions, patients are urged to contact their primary care physician.
