UCLA Health has opened another primary and specialty care clinic in the Thousand Oaks area, further expanding the community’s access to its nationally ranked medical care. Thousand Oaks Hampshire Primary & Specialty Care is located at 248 Hampshire Road, just south of the 101 Freeway in Thousand Oaks in the former Chase Bank building.
The Hampshire Road clinic offers primary care, pulmonology, sleep medicine, gastroenterology, whole body X-ray, and laboratory services. An immediate care, as well as a general and advanced endoscopy suite, are slated to open later this year.
UCLA Health opened its first primary and specialty care clinic in the Conejo Valley in 2012 –– UCLA Health Westlake Village La Venta –– and added the Thousand Oaks Moody Court location in 2013. The Westlake Village Triunfo Canyon Road location opened its doors last year. The health system also has a Women’s Imaging Center on Russell Ranch Road.

UCLA Health offers families a variety of primary care options, including dedicated pediatricians as well as family practice and internal medicine physicians who care for patients from birth to old age.
The clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. It is easily accessible from the freeway and has free and ample parking. Appointments can be made online at or by calling 805-370-0040 weekdays from 7 am - 7 pm.
