Enter a PICC order in CareConnect. PICC orders should be generated by a Physician or mid-level provider. Please specify the indication for the procedure, number of lumens required, duration of therapy, and sedation requirements.
If you do not have access to CareConnect, please have ordering physician fax the order in addition to a recent H&P, medication list, and lab work to 310-794-2210 or you can Email @ [email protected].
The physician's office or patient may call 310-825-5565 option # 3 to schedule an appointment once the PICC has been ordered.
Outpatient PICCs are scheduled at various UCLA Interventional Radiology Centers depending on patient’s residence and/or preference.
PICCs may be scheduled at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center based on availability.
Please instruct patients to arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to check in for the procedure.
