Lesbian, Bisexual, and Queer (LBQ+) Health Program at UCLA Health

UCLA Health Pride Logo Black

The UCLA Health Lesbian, Bisexual, and Queer (LBQ+) Health Program aims to address the unique health care needs of sexual and gender diverse individuals through multidisciplinary clinical care, community engagement, medical education, and ongoing quality improvement projects. The program accepts patients on a self-referral basis and aims to be inclusive of individuals who are female-identifying and/or assigned female at birth (AFAB) and identify as lesbian, bisexual, and/or queer, or otherwise feel the program would be a good fit to address their unique healthcare needs.

The UCLA Health Lesbian, Bisexual, and Queer (LBQ+) Health Program is offered in partnership with the Iris Cantor - UCLA Women's Health Center and the Los Angeles County Sexual and Gender Diverse Women's Health Collaborative (SGDWHC). The SGDWHC program was established in 2009 and was created by individuals concerned about health disparities for lesbian, bisexual and queer women in Los Angeles County.

The program seeks to address LBQ+ healthcare disparities as well as to serve as a national leader in gathering new data to help inform future programs and initiatives.

Our team of primary care and specialty physicians provide comprehensive LBQ+ health care in offices throughout UCLA Health. To learn more about our physicians and their services, please use the following links and see details below.
