Dr. Chig took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I didn’t feel like I had to advocate for myself at all because she was so receptive to discussing my symptoms and overall health. With my previous physician I didn’t feel heard or cared for so I was feeling nervous to go through that again but within minutes of the appointment starting I knew I was in good hands.

She listened to what I had to say, and she seems supportive of building a good PCP-Patient relationship, which I haven’t had for a while. I was please that I did not have to wait, 5 minutes after I arrived they call my name and was at a room a nurse check my vitals and then I saw the Dr.Alana Chig and she was friendly and listen to my long list about my health issues and she gave information about the my medical needs and she proceed to explain what test I need to have like my hormone function, x-ray for my left side of my ribs and medication . I felt she engaged with my concern and suggested solutions that I can do to sleep betel, and other needs that I had. Dr Chig remainded me of the of the old good bedside manners doctors used to have when treating me as paciente that is respect and kindness. .
