Alexandra C. Lenox, MPH, DO

Dr. Alexandra Lenox is an OB/GYN who practices in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. She is a Ventura County native and thrilled to serve the community where she grew up. She is passionate about patient education, empowerment and ensuring that her patient’s are active participants in their health care decisions and overall health journey. Dr. Lenox received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego.

She then moved to Florida where she received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her internship and residency in OBGYN at Trinity Health Oakland/Wayne State University in Michigan. Outside of work, Dr. Lenox enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a local physician, and her family who live throughout the Ventura County area. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
