I came in because of a soar throat. The nurse took a throat culture and when the Dr came in she said that I had strep throat and was very emphatic and told me what otc meds I could take for the pain and to gargle with warm salt water.

Dr. Braxton is amazing! She listens and assesses and explains and although it was extremely busy in there today, she never seemed rushed as she could have. I wish I could have her as my PMD. Excellent care

The outside staff was very nice and attentive. The doctor had a wrong bedside manner, was more worried about her own health. Almost rude to the point when I didn’t remember the nasal spray name I use. She said I had infection in both my ears but never asked me take my mask down and check my throat. First she said she’ll give me a nose spray then changed her mind suddenly.

I went to the clinic without an appointment. I had sharp pain in my left heel when I wailed up this morning. The doctor saw me promptly and gave me the clear explanation of my pain. I am very pleased.

When she first came in the room I felt like she did not want me to advocate for myself but rather she wanted to tell me that I did not need treatment - even though she did end up giving me a prescription.

Dr Braxton listened to me carefully, respected what I was saying, covered any questions I had and offered explanations and information. She was interrupted while she was seeing me for an emergency and returned to finish her exam with me completely unflustered and focused on me, spending time with me to make sure I understood her diagnosis and next steps.

Dr. Braxton was incredibly thorough. I have had a UTI for over two weeks and she was able to run more tests and prescribe me medication for yeast infection as soon as I put on the antifungal it went away. She was incredible and very understanding.

Dr. didn’t seem to be interested in what I had to say about my symptoms and was very adamant prior to even examining me to not prescribe any medication and told me that I probably have a viral infection and should get better in a few days. I insisted that based on my previous experience, I was most likely had a severe sinus infection and also worried about developing Pneumonia. She dismissed my concerns.

The Dr. I saw today at the urgent care had provided me with adequate care and very caring. The only problem I had was the written instruction of how to use the medication kit was too complicate to read and understand while I was sick. It was a problem for me. Thank you !
