With a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Benda brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital has equipped her to address the healthcare needs of people at all stages of life, from puberty to post-menopause, with great sensitivity and understanding.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Benda finds joy in cultivating her passion for gardening and has found peace and balance through her long-standing practice of yoga.
