This was my 1st visit to the clinic. I did not wait long. Front desk was pleasant, the nurse was friendly and Dr. Vajdi, listened, asked lots of questions and made me feel like he understood and cared.

I LOVE the convenience of a virtual visit. I was able to see a doctor in about 20 minutes which saved me over an hour round trip drive time if I went to urgent care. He took plenty of time discussing my symptoms and provided me with several treatments starting with a non-medicated option first, then if all fails, use this prescription. I’m not a big “pill popper” and prefer to try non medicated options first. I felt like the doctor really listened to me.

Dr Vajdi was terrific. He was warm and friendly and listened well to what I had to say. He mentioned that he would call if any of my test results were positive, and within a half hour of my leaving he called and left a message about my test result for flu B being positive and that he had already ordered Tamiflu, which I was able to pick up from my pharmacy within 20 minutes.

I felt like I had to ask too many questions to gather information that should have been provided as baseline feedback about my health concerns. When my provider called to discuss private lab results, he didn’t even start the conversation by asking me if this was a good time to talk, he was extremely short with me and seemed irritated I had questions. He was very flippant with my results. I would not recommend this healthcare provider based on this experience.

This location for urgent care is THE best. The doctors and nurses are so kind and professional, and there is never a wait. We have taken our 3.5 year old here a number of times because it’s more convenient than his pediatrician. They are wonderful with kids. Dr. Vajdi today was awesome.

Dr.Borna Vajdi examined my hand and arm that were cat bitten many times. He discussed the types of infections and checked my lymph nodes which were fine. He prescribed an antibiotic and told me how to care for the wounds. He was excellent.
