Feel fortunate to have covered access to high-quality care and value relationship with my doctor. Regret our interactions have become so brief and hurried. Patient barely able to catch breath from drive to appointment before hustled onto scale/BP-Temp-Pulse, etc. Then 3-4 minutes with physician who warns of elevated BP but takes no time to measure again. Drive-thru line at fast-food joint takes more time.

Dr. So was rude and impatient. She always is impatient. She makes you feel like you are a burden. Today, she especially made me feel that way. She was rude in the way of asking her questions, and when she couldn’t hear me (telehealth appointment), she was unbelievably rude in saying that she couldn’t hear me. I have given her so many chances to be a kinder, empathetic doctor. But she is not. I am young, I have questions, and she makes me feel like I have no right to ask questions. For someone who is a successful doctor, she should act like she likes her job a little bit more (or at least pretend like she does better). I am switching doctors after this visit. I have had enough rude visits with Dr. So that I am done. She will probably be happy as I am one less “problematic” patient for her. Woohoo! Every other doctor I have been to has been far more helpful and kind than her. They take time to listen to me, they show that they care about me (random urgent care doctors). They take time to explain what is going on so that I can better understand. Dr. So has never ever once acted like that. I have been with her for years. It’s absolutely unacceptable and someone needs to tell her she needs to be more empathetic with her patients. It is unacceptable.
