Very attentive to my issues

She was truly exceptional. Listened to me, took me seriously, was warm and compassionate, thorough. Really went above and beyond for me, tho i suspect that's just who she is for everyone. As an elder I find that some doctors do not take me seriously or treat me with respect. This experience was the exact opposite. Truly an exceptionally good experience. My first visit to this facility. I would recommend it highly.

I was so lucky. The nurse took me in immediately. I thought I had an UTI so after he checked all vitals, he went to run the test and then the doctor came in. l she requested an antibiotic and I also ask her about a problem I was having with my allergies and postnasal drip. She told me I could take two medicines at a time while I had only been taking one. so I was very happy with my visit today, especially the fact that I was there for such a short time and had no wait.

Reception staff before and after appointment gets A+ friendly and efficient. Nurse A+ kind, skilled and friendly. Doctor A+ skilled, kind, patiently answered all of my questions. Only wish someone offered the instant A1C check (not bloodwork)

First time going to UCLA Immediate Care. I suspected that I had a UTI. The doctor, Dr. Hagos was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I also was impressed by the fact that she intends to follow up once lab work results come back.
