About
Dr. Elysia Chin is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at UCLA Health in Burbank. Her clinical interests include preventive health care, medical education, and racial/ethnic health disparities. She enjoys caring for families and sees patients of all ages.
Dr. Chin received her undergraduate degree in biological sciences at UC Irvine with a minor in sociology. She earned both her master’s degree and medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona and then completed her family medicine residency training at Loma Linda University, where she served as Chief Resident and received the STFM Resident Teacher Award.
As a Los Angeles native, Dr. Chin is thrilled to serve her home community. During her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, rooting for LA professional sports (go Lakers & Dodgers!) and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. Dr. Chin speaks fluent Taishanese and conversational Cantonese.
