Great care. I asked for my daughter to be tested for mono because I was also sick and had those symptoms. I didn’t realize initially that it would require taking blood from my 4yo. The doctor upon request was kind enough to apply a topical numbing cream to my daughters finger. He was very kind.

The doctor in Urgent Care was professional and friendly and was well-informed of my my health condition. He listened to all my questions.

Dr. Senechal put me at ease after I had fallen head first on cement - believe I had fainted as I could not remember falling so did not put out my hands to stop the fall. I was assisted with ice and water by people passing around me in front of the grocery store. He took the time to examine me and ask how I had fallen and if I was feeling any pain, which I did not. I had come in about 15 minutes or 20 minutes after falling. He also had x-rays taken at my request. He told me if I later had any headaches, trouble with concentration, memory or balance to go to Emergency as a preventative measure and they could do a CT scan. For the time being he advised to stay quiet and relax for the next couple of days. I appreciate very much receiving such excellent care from Dr. Senechal and his taking the time to put my me at ease.

He was very careful, maybe a little nervous. My whimpering because it was painful might have made him uncomfortable. I found out from him that I had bandaged my leg the proper way butg he had suggested a couple of stitches & he showed me how that spot was deeper than the top layers.
