Kate Mintz, MS, RDN

Kate is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in gastrointestinal disorders. Kate completed her masters of science in nutrition at the University of Washington, where she conducted research centered around the intersection between gastrointestinal disorders and eating disorders. She completed her clinical dietetics training at the University of Washington Medical Center with a medical nutrition therapy concentration in gastrointestinal nutrition. Kate is passionate about helping patients establish dietary patterns that support symptom management and enable them to maximize dietary variety and enjoyment of food.
