Neha C. Singh, DO

Originally from the Greater Los Angeles area, Dr. Singh has lived in multiple states across the country throughout her life and medical training. These diverse experiences have broadened her perspective on healthcare, allowing her to understand and appreciate the nuances of different medical systems and patient populations.

She completed medical school in Arizona before returning to Southern California for residency. She went on to complete a rheumatology fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, where she received specialized training through USSONAR and obtained RhMSUS certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound. Although she practices as a general rheumatologist, her clinical interests include the treatment of adult autoinflammatory conditions, such as adult-onset Still’s disease and monogenic diseases like VEXAS syndrome. She is actively involved in medical advocacy through the American College of Physicians at both the state and national levels.

Dr. Singh believes in a patient-centered approach to medicine, emphasizing shared decision-making and fostering strong doctor-patient relationships built on trust, empathy, and open communication.
