About
Dr. Sewon Oum is board certified in Internal Medicine and practices hospitalist medicine in Santa Clarita and Burbank. Dr. Oum is also an assistant clinical professor and teaches at DGSOM as well as Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Oum received her medical degree from the Ohio State University. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Oum is native to Los Angeles and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. When not at the hospital, she enjoys spending time at home with her family (husband, two children, and two dogs). She is an avid "foodie" and also enjoys travelling.
Dr. Oum is a member of the American College of Physicians.
