Sophia G. Scattaglia, RD

Sophia is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS) specializing in both gastrointestinal and eating disorders. Her areas of interest include managing eating disorders that co-occur with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), celiac disease and other digestive conditions, and exploring the complex relationship of the gut-brain axis.

Sophia holds a master of science in nutrition, healthspan and longevity from the University of Southern California and a doctorate in clinical nutrition from the University of Western States. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers clients to make sustainable dietary changes without resorting to restrictive practices. Her goal is to help individuals improve their symptoms while enjoying a balanced, enriched life.
