About

Dr. Tom Maxim grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Aging. Dr. Maxim obtained his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine and performed a dedicated research year as a USC Dean's Research Scholar, graduating with Distinction in Research and induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He then completed residency training in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at UCLA, where he was awarded the ARS Resident Research Grant for his work on invasive fungal sinusitis.

Dr. Maxim provides compassionate care to patients of all ages with general ear, nose, and throat conditions. He has a special interest in treating nasal and sinus disorders including chronic sinusitis and nasal obstruction, thyroid nodules, salivary gland disorders, hearing loss and tonsillitis.
