DR. Vance m. Washington Is the best, I was in and out of the office . I am so thankful that there was availability on his schedule, I made in appointment same day with my primary but I forgot about walk-ins . He is the definition of a true professional, super warm and welcoming. I had an issue that needed to be addressed and he got me help right away, my meds were delivered to my local pharmacy on time and the staff were all nice and super friendly at the Toluca lake facility. Grateful for this doctor and the team that surrounds him. God bless everyone .

First time at this facility. Facility is very clean and well organized. Staff is welcoming and supportive. Waiting time for MD is quick. Dr. Washington had my chart, had reviewed it, asked me pertinent questions, listened to me. He prescribed meds that are now available at CVS. Great experience.

I really love that he suggested natural at home remedies along with traditional OTC and prescription meds. Not many doctors are forward thinking enough to suggest elderberry and oregano oil along with Flonase. 5 stars!!!⭐️

Nurse was friendly and concerned. Dr. Washington was respectful and helpful. I felt rushed, however, and did not fully understand the reasons he was concerned with my ears, especially as I went in with laryngitis and sore throat symptoms. I will check MY Chart later for his notes, for clarity.

Easy check in. All staff treated me well. Providers saw me within 5 minutes after check in. Dr Washington was honest about not draining my hematoma onsite and that he’d have to refer me to a specialist. Although I do wish it could’ve been done onsite
