Dr. Washington was extremely respectful and understanding. Although our visit was short (there wasn’t much to discuss) he took time to listen and understand what I was saying, and work to find a solution.

I was in acute back pain and sought help at the Toluca Immediate Care. Was checked in promptly by a very efficient and helpful person. And amazingly was able to be seen right away. Dr Washington was wonderful, teased apart the pain issues and gave me a plan. He really relieved my anxiety!

Dr Washington is a terrific doctor. He has a good grasp of what worries a patient and is good at explaining what’s possible & how it will feel. He has a gentle manner and made me feel confident and happy with my treatment. I would happily see him again.
