The Office of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) provides consultation and training services, develops and monitors safety programs and procedures and responds to health and safety service requests.
In addition, the Office of Environmental Health & Safety ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local health and safety and environmental regulations and standards. EH&S has oversight responsibility for fire and life safety, hazardous materials use and disposal, general safety and ergonomics, environmental compliance and supports Emergency Management, Utilities and Security related activities.
