Victoria L. Tseng, MD, PhD

Dr. Victoria Tseng is an Assistant Professor who specializes in the treatment of glaucoma and cataracts in the UCLA Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Tseng is committed to the education of future ophthalmologists and is the Program Director for the UCLA Ophthalmology Residency.

Dr. Tseng’s research focuses on the intersection of epidemiology, disparities, and population health within ophthalmology. She is a recipient of multiple research grants and honors including the Research to Prevent Blindness Career Development Award, the Research to Prevent Blindness and American Academy of Ophthalmology Award for IRIS Registry Research, and the American Glaucoma Society Mentoring for the Advancement of Physician Scientists Research Grant.

Dr. Tseng is involved with national ophthalmology organizations, and has participated in the American Academy of Ophthalmology Leadership Development Program and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology Women’s Leadership Development Program.
