Lisa and Jeffrey Cohen Brain Tumor Research Fund
Thank you for joining us in supporting the Lisa and Jeffrey Cohen Brain Tumor Research Fund to support research at the UCLA Neuro-Oncology Program and UCLA Brain Tumor Center. The fund supports UCLA’s efforts to better understand and treat brain tumors, especially glioblastoma.
The Lisa and Jeffrey Cohen Brain Tumor Research Fund was established by Jeffrey Cohen in memory of his beloved wife of 37 years, Lisa. Lisa fought bravely for 2 ½ years following her glioblastoma diagnosis and passed away in November 2023, at the age of 59. Lisa was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, a dear friend to many and spent decades passionately leading fundraising and other efforts on behalf of countless philanthropic organizations.
