Dr. Martin’s primary research interest pertains to the impact of generalist and specialist palliative care interventions on clinical outcomes and processes of cancer care delivery. She has established a track record of spearheading innovative projects including efforts to integrate palliative care and patient-reported outcomes into standard radiation oncology, medical oncology, and surgical oncology care.
