Scientific Interests

Dr. Samuel French studies hepatitis C viral mediated hepatocarcinogenesis, primarily focusing on a proteomic approach to determine how specific viral proteins subvert normal hepatocyte signaling. He is also interested in identifying gene expression changes seen in early hepatocyte dysplasia.
