California Anesthesiology Medical Student Symposium 2022

Chase Barker, MD, Jane Moon, MD, John Shin, MD, and Micaela Zywicki, MD attended the California Anesthesiology Medical Student Symposium (CAMSS) at UC Irvine on November 19, 2022—the first in-person meeting of the symposium in several years!

Dr. Shin has been involved with this event since 2014. This year, he led the basic airway workshop and spoke on the Faculty and Program Director Panel. Resident physicians Drs. Barker and Zywicki taught interested medical students airway management skills. Dr. Moon was invited as a keynote speaker and spoke on "The History of Anesthesia: A Colorful Journey."
