All internal medicine residents, in the UCLA Internal Medicine residency program, UCLA Medicine Pediatrics residency program, and UCLA-affiliated internal medicine residency programs (Olive View-UCLA; Harbor-UCLA; Kaiser Permanente; Cedars-Sinai; St. Mary Medical Center; Kern Medical Center).

Yes, even if you are unable to attend the May 28th event we still encourage you to submit an abstract and poster. Posters for those unable to attend in person will be displayed online during and following the event.

For those able to attend the event in person, posters will be printed and displayed on site. The poster session is scheduled from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm on May 28th and we request that you stand by your poster to present your research to conference guests during that timeframe.

Yes! The purpose of Solomon Scholars Research Day is to share your work with the UCLA community; we welcome work presented elsewhere. However, please submit your abstract, mentor acknowledgement form, and poster following the instructions here.

The UCLA Department of Medicine will publish abstracts in a supplemental issue of our online journal for those who opt in. If your abstract is published in the UCLA Department of Medicine journal, it is possible that you may not be able to submit the same work for presentation at other national meetings/conferences.
