Innovation and Informatics Tech Committee
Our Innovation and Informatics Tech Committee maintains the internal PM&R residency website with cutting edge resources, educational materials, schedules and rotation guides, clinical pearls, and a rich library of module lectures. Also contributes to developing and providing updated content for the UCLA PM&R webpage.

Wellness Committee
Our Wellness Committee promotes resident well-being and team building throughout the year with social events that foster inclusion, camaraderie, and common bonds. There is special emphasis on Welcome “Week” (which spans more than 1 month!) each year when we greet and host our newest residents and fellows.

Mobile Clinic Committee
Our Mobile Clinic Committee coordinates resident volunteers’ participation in UCLA’s Mobile Clinic where care is provided for our homeless population. Our volunteers work closely with UCLA medical students to help staff musculoskeletal conditions and to provide mentorship and guidance through the medical student process. This committee will also coordinate volunteers for various community health fairs and provide adaptive sports coverage in the community. 

Team to Win Committee
Our Team to Win Committee coordinates resident volunteers with Team to Win to provide sideline coverage for local high school football games and pre-participation physicals.

SCOUT (Student Community OUTreach) Committee
Our SCOUT committee manages the residency’s email and social media accounts to provide information and mentorship to medical students across the nation. They also work with the UCLA’s PM&R Student Interest Group to improve exposure to the diverse field of rehabilitation.

Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee
Our JEDI committee promotes justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in our program and in the field of PM&R. They coordinate volunteers for events such as Road to Residency to help students in underrepresented minorities in medicine boost their careers.

Graduate Medical Education (GME) Committee
Our GME Committee represents our program’s interest in UCLA’s monthly GMEC meeting and then disseminates learned information back to the residents. It provides transparency between GME leadership and residents.

Alumni Outreach Committee
Our Alumni Outreach Committee creates our yearly alumni newsletter that is distributed prior to our AAPM&R annual conference.
