Welcome to the 23rd UC and Western US Neurotrauma Conference at UCLA!

EXCITED FOR MORE GREAT TBI RESEARCH AND COLLABORATIONS

We are happy to continue this with the 2024 UC & WESTERN Neurotrauma at UCLA.

Our focus on the future diverse scientists in TBI continues with the support of an NIH R13 Conference Grant. This years meeting we will explore Traumatic Brain Injury as it relates to Different Populations, Inflammation, Rehabilitation, Epilepsy, Updates on Diagnostic Criteria, Pediatrics and Complementary Therapeis. We will have more student centric activities and expand on scientific collaborations that started last year as well as making new collaborations moving forward. Please join us again this fall!!

Registration Instructions

Fill out your registration information: this will indicate what events you plan to attend and if you need parking
Follow the Hotel Link to make your own hotel reservations. We will cover 2 nights at Luskin. Students please arrange to share rooms.
Flights will need to be made with the Neurosurgery purchasing team at [email protected].

We will not pay for additional changes to the original flight plans.

Visitor Parking

• Parking will be included if you are a hotel guest.

• If you require day parking for non-hotel guests, then please select this option on your registration. We will provide chaser tickets for parking Lot 8, which it is located just steps from the UCLA Luskin Conference Center

Alternative Transportation Options

A convenient option for transportation is a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. You can board your ride right in front of designated areas throughout the UCLA campus, including in front of the UCLA Luskin Conference Center. A trip to LAX, just 11 miles from the conference center, typically costs $20 to $30. Reimbursement provided for speakers and students.
