International Medicine Graduate
International Medical Graduates please read the following information before submitting your applications.
ACGME Accredited Fellowship Programs:
- Diagnostic Neuroradiology
- Interventional Radiology
- Pediatric Imaging
International Medical Graduate in a US or Canadian Residency Program:
- Must have completed USMLE steps I, II, and III (not required for licensees of the Medical Council of Canada)
- Must have 4 years of post-graduate educational experience in an ACGME- or RCPSC-accredited training program, therefore board eligible.
- Must qualify for a CA medical license prior to the start of fellowship
- Must be US citizen/permanent resident or be eligible for an ECFMG-sponsored J-1 visa. Visa status will be reviewed by the Graduate Medical Education Dean's office.
Non-Accredited Fellowship Programs:
- Abdominal Imaging / Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology
- Breast Imaging
- Diagnostic Cardiovascular Imaging
- Interventional Neuroradiology
- Musculoskeletal Imaging
- Oncology Imaging
- Thoracic Imaging
International Medical Graduate in a US or Canadian Residency Program:
- Must qualify for a CA medical license prior to the start of fellowship
- Must have completed a Radiology residency or 4 years of Postgraduate training in Radiology
- Must have completed USMLE steps I, II, and III
