About Us
The Jacobs Laboratory studies how intestinal microbes interact with intestinal cells and the immune system to promote inflammatory bowel disease, obesity, cancer, and other diseases.
Microbiome Core Services
Our lab performs 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing of human and animal samples as well as other services related to microbiome studies.
