All UCLA West Valley Medical Center patients have access to the UCLA Health patient portal, myUCLAhealth, and the MyChart app. myUCLAhealth offers personalized and secure online access to portions of your health information. Using myUCLAhealth, you can schedule medical appointments, communicate with your medical team, view test results, request prescription refills, pay your medical bills, and more.

MyHealthONE

MyHealthONE is the patient portal used by HCA Healthcare, which previously owned West Hills Hospital. If you were a West Hills Hospital patient or a UCLA West Valley Medical Center patient before March 11, 2025, you likely have a MyHealthONE account.

Your medical records (from before March 11, 2025) will remain available in MyHealthONE. You can sign in online(Link is external) or call 855-422-6625(Link opens phone app) for portal support.
