This program is not covered by insurance, nor is there any insurance billing. Please discuss any financial questions with our office manager by calling 310-825-8173.

  • Initial Visit
    • $150 plus any nutritional products
  • Monthly Program Fee (Collected 1 week after initial visit)
    • Very low-calorie diet (VLCD) or modified very low-calorie diet (MVLCD): $295 plus cost of nutritional products
    • Low calorie diet (LCD): $225 per month plus cost of nutritional products
    • Maintenance: $90 per month plus cost of nutritional products
    • Note: Monthly fees are collected one week after the initial visit and are due on that date monthly thereafter.
  • Patients may have additional physician and/or dietitian visits outside of the standard schedule for an additional charge. Frequency of physician and dietitian visits to be outlined at initial visit and are based on the program that is being followed.
  • Nutritional products: Pricing ranges from $6 to $20 per box of 7. Pricing varies for individually sold products.
