Interdisciplinary Training Program in Metabolism T32
The Interdisciplinary Training Program in Metabolism (ITPM) is bolstered by a strong institutional infrastructure with participating centers and institutes, including the UCSD-UCLA Diabetes Research Center (DRC), Broad Stem Cell Research Center, Cardiometabolic Research Center, and NIH-sponsored Centers of Research Excellence in Sex Differences and Women’s Health in Metabolism.
Cardiovascular Scientist Training Program
UCLA is pleased to offer a comprehensive selection of fellowship training opportunities including a focused clinical track or combined research and clinical training track leading to an advanced degree through the Specialty Training Advanced Research (STAR) Program.
Vascular Biology Training Grant
The main objective of the Vascular Biology Training Program is to develop the next generation of cardiovascular biologists. The program places a strong emphasis on creativity, networking and self-motivation to develop independent scientists who will make significant contributions to biomedical research and be an asset to the institutions and communities they serve.
