Enhancements
Find your care
We offer a wide range of treatments, including laser refractive surgery.
Refractive enhancements are reoperations to correct residual refractive errors following LASIK, PRK, SMILE, PCRI/AK or anterior segment surgery such as cataract surgery. Enhancements are not performed until refractive stability has been demonstrated.
The specific type of enhancement depends on the prior procedure and the length of time that has elapsed since that procedure.
Your surgeon can determine which enhancement procedure is best suited for you.
Enhancements are included in the cost of the original procedure for 1 year if that procedure was performed at the LRC. If the initial procedure was performed elsewhere or it has been more than a year since the original procedure, rates for first-time surgery apply.
