At UCLA Health, we believe that individuals with serious illness should receive personalized, goal-concordant care that relieves suffering and promotes quality of life. Palliative Care is a medical specialty that provides and extra layer of support for patients and their loved ones through their illness journey. It is a consultative service that provides co-management along with a primary provider. We offer services for hospitalized patients and at our various community clinics.
