Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring
Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring is a consecutive 3-day experience designed to explore the 3 relationships identified by Relationship-Based Care. RSC participants gain insight and expand their ability to care for themselves, their colleagues, and the patients and families they serve. Participants often experience a renewed sense of being part of a health care community called to care for people during times of illness and vulnerability. The value of this program is to discover and sustain the joy, meaning and purpose of our lives and profession.
