Transfer to Other Programs

UCLA cooperates with many other educational and research institutions in Southern California.

To make optimal use of a donated body, we may provide donated bodies and anatomical parts, tissues or organs from donated bodies to other university approved medical and dental schools, colleges, and/or universities for education, research, and for the advancement of medical or dental science.

UCLA may also provide donated bodies and anatomical parts, tissues, or organs from donated bodies to a hospital, physician, surgeon, or other organization provided that such non-school recipient is engaged in medical or dental education, research or the advancement of medical or dental science.
