Luis Morales
EXOS Performance Specialist, B.S., CSCS, XPS, XFS, FMS
Luis is a Performance Specialist with Exos. His goal with coaching is simple: to create an environment where athletes can learn and grow, not only in sport, but also in life. While implementing a variety of training strategies, he always encourages communication, accountability, and a positive mindset.
He began his Exos career in 2019 as a Health Fitness Specialist at Autodesk in the San Francisco Bay Area. During his tenure with Autodesk, Luis was able to practice coaching locally and internationally, bringing corporate wellness programs and individualized coaching to Autodesk employees around the world. His experience also includes strength and conditioning with high school football athletes as well as bringing rehabilitation care to patients in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic.
Luis received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, with an emphasis in Kinesiology, from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Sean Cooper
EXOS Performance Specialist, B.S., CSCS, XPS, FMS
Sean is a Performance Specialist with Exos. Coming from an athletic background, Sean's main priority as a coach is helping all athletes excel at their sport or profession. From football players to tactical athletes, Sean recognizes that everyone is unique with individual goals and needs in training, and strives to connect with every athlete on a personal level to understand their strengths and weaknesses. Sean looks at training as a collaboration between coach and athlete and loves reaching goals together as a team.
After playing rugby in college at USC, Sean transitioned into professional rugby while supporting himself as a strength & conditioning coach, working with various athletes from the USC Rugby Team, to weekend warriors, to working professionals with companies such as Equinox. Sean joined Exos in 2021 as a part-time coach while playing professional rugby for the Los Angeles Giltinis and Houston Sabercats. Once he retired from being a pro athlete, Sean joined the Exos team full-time in 2024.
Sean received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with an emphasis in Applied Physiology from the University of Southern California.
Rhakeem Wiggins
EXOS Performance Specialist, B.S., CSCS, XPS, FMS
As a two-sport high school athlete, Rhakeem Wiggins showed a true commitment to excellence by putting forth his very best effort when it mattered the most. Because of this commitment, he went on to become a two-time state champion in track & field, a two-time all-state football player, the recipient of a Division 1 athletic scholarship to the University at Albany and in 2024 he was inducted into the Cleveland Hill High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
While at UAlbany, he served as the undergraduate president of the Nu Tau chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated and graduated with cum laude academic honors. Athletically, he was on the football team’s leadership council, apart of three conference championship teams, earned four varsity letters and was inducted into the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society in 2014.
Prior to joining Exos, Rhakeem served as a Division 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach where he worked with numerous athletes who went on to have successful professional playing careers including winning the NFL’s most coveted prize, the Super Bowl.
Rhakeem is passionate about teaching the principles of athletic development and his mission is to inspire athletes of all ages to be products of their imagination in order to accomplish their personal & athletic goals.
Denise Alvey
EXOS Performance Dietitian, RDN, CSSD, CLT
Denise’s passion for nutrition began at a young age as an elite competitive gymnast and internationally ranked Irish dancer. Her dedication to fueling her body properly helped optimize her performance which led her to want to assist others in reaching their fitness and nutritional goals.
Denise joined the Exos team in 2008, where she spent the next 12 years focusing on advising and educating individuals all over the world on proper nutrition for overall performance, recovery, and long-term health. She worked with a variety of clients from the general population to youth, college, occupational, and professional athletes across multiple sports and leagues.
After having her second child she decided to open her own private practice. In 2019 she became credentialed as a Certified LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) Therapist where she helps clients who struggle with symptoms that are triggered by inflammation due to food sensitivities. In May of 2023 she rejoined the Exos team and is excited to be back doing what she loved for years and looks forward to working closely with each client to ensure they are fueling themselves for the moment that matters.
Denise received her Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. She then pursued her credential in the area of Dietetics. During this time she gained knowledge and experience while working at private clinics, hospitals, schools, fitness centers and public health care agencies. She passed the National Boards Examination in 2006 qualifying her as a Registered Dietitian. She furthered her focus in the area of sports nutrition and became a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) exam in July 2012.
Deviny Mo
EXOS General Manager
Deviny is General Manager of UCLA Health Sports Performance, Powered by Exos. She joined Exos in 2017 to help tailor solutions for individuals and organizations to meet and exceed their sport and health & wellness needs. Deviny takes a practical, goal-minded approach to guide people towards their full potential.
She began her sports career in her hometown, coaching volleyball at Seattle Academy and operating a beach volleyball center in Bellevue, WA. After a couple years as a coach, she realized she had more to accomplish as an athlete. In 2014, she moved to the South Bay to pursue the dream of playing professional beach volleyball. She quickly discovered that in order to become a high-level athlete, it would take more than just practicing the game. She sought out sports performance training, which helped take her game to the pro level.
Prior to joining UCLA Health Sports Performance Powered by EXOS in 2017, she worked at Velocity Sports Performance where she found her passion in the sports performance industry. Not only was she able to help athletes perform better, but she helped athletes gain confidence in themselves.
Deviny graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in English.
