Responsibilities

As a registered dietitian at the Simms Mann Center, I provide nutrition counseling for patients and their families.

Training and Professional Work

I received my bachelor’s degree in Human Biology at University of California San Diego and my master’s degree in Nutritional Science at California State University, Los Angeles. Afterwards, I completed my dietetic internship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, including a nutrition fellowship focusing on children with developmental disabilities.

Throughout my career, I have worked in both community nutrition (WIC and Early Head Start) and clinical nutrition (MemorialCare Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital Long Beach). I am excited to join the Simms Mann Center in providing nutrition guidance to those navigating their cancer care.

Personal Interest

I have lived in Southern California my entire life and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The food and weather are simply the best. In my free time, I enjoy grabbing a quick bite out or lounging at home, watching Korean dramas.
