Zero Negative: Fashion and Beauty to Find a Cure
Zero Negative was born when Jenn Greenhut was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative breast cancer. Instead of retreating into herself, she saw this as a huge wake up call from the universe to fight for herself and others facing the same battle.
Jenn learned a big lesson on how important perspective is, and how every situation can be seen as a ‘blessing’ or a ‘curse.’
"By focusing on the positives instead of the negatives, the positives became bigger, and the negatives slowly diminished, turning cancer into the best thing that ever happened to me," said Jenn. "In addition, I trusted that cancer was happening FOR me, instead of TO me, believing that everything happens for a reason."
And for that reason, she wanted to give back to cancer research. With the help from friends, she began designing handbags and accessories to help send a message that love and positivity are key weapons in beating cancer.
"Today, one year later and cancer free, I’m just a girl fighting cancer in style, one bag at a time," said Jenn.
Starting with the Zero Negative signature Love Tote, Jenn's goal is to utilize fashion and beauty to exude love and positivity while supporting the doctors and scientists working to find a cure; a portion of all proceeds goes to the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation.
